Established in 2010, Elegant Chair Designs has built an enviable reputation in the manufacturing High-end furniture. Every furniture piece is handcrafted in our facility in Toronto, Ontario. PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION
FRAME
Kiln dried solid maple is our preferred choice for our frame construction. Our frames are glued, screwed, double doweled, stapled and corner blocked for longevity lasting.
FOAM
We offer standard 2.6 density seat foam with Poly wrap. Our clients can upgrade their luxury seat feeling by adding a layer of down, feather and fiber mixture around the foam core.
SPRING
At least 8 – gauge zigzag sinuous spings are used in majority of our sitting construction. This type of “No Sag” suspension construction provides a very comfortable and durable sitting.
TEXTILES AND ACCENTS
FABRICS AND LEATHERS
We offer thousands of textile and leather patterns from all major suppliers here in Canada and US at the discounted pricing. When it comes to materials, our experienced cutters match all fabrics then cut them to pattern to ensure the highest visual appeal and perfect fit.
DECORATIVE ACCENTS
We use Decorative Upholstery Nails, Swarovski Crystals, contrasting Welts/ Pipping and Fabric Trims to our furniture. They help to enhance a luxurious visual effect on each piece we handcraft.
